May 21, 2011: Judgment Day!

Posted on 24 May 2010

Judgment Day will occur one year from this past Friday on Saturday May 21, 2011. Most people have been falsely told that no one can know when Christ returns…this is not true; the Bible clearly says that true Christians WILL know in advance the time when Christ returns

In I Thessalonians 5:1 we read “But of the times and seasons brethren, ye have no need that I write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the Day of the LORD so cometh as a Thief in the Night.  For when they shall say ‘Peace and safety;’ then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. But ye brethren, are not in darkness, that that Day should overtake you as a Thief.  Ye are all the children of the Light, and the children of the day; We are not of the night; not of the darkness…”

Further, in Revelation 3:3 the Bible says “…If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a Thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.”  [see Revelation 16:15].   The Bible describes these who “WATCH” in 30 passages [a comprehensive listing is available upon request].

Some claim even Jesus doesn’t know the timing of Judgment Day – this is a very serious claim as ALL the Bible from its very first verse to the last is written to show that Jesus is God Almighty, Jesus said of the Scriptures “…these are they that testify of Me…” and He said clearly in John 3:13 that “He was in Heaven while on earth,” and Jesus said “he that hath seen Me hath seen the father…” and Jesus is called “the Everlasting father…” in Isaiah 9:6. There are literally hundreds of verses like this. Those who want to claim that Jesus is something less than God, are in deep, deep trouble. Much more can be said of this very dark claim; but please remember if you are resting in Mark 13:32, that several are called “son” in Scripture. In that verse “the son” refers to Satan, who is called the “son of wickedness” (Psalm 89:22) and the “son of perdition” (John 17:22, 2 Thessalonians 2:3).

There are several verses about knowing the timing of the End, just like these above, in Hebrews 10:25, Matthew 24:36 AND 37, Matthew 24:43ff, etc. Jesus gives examples of His return in Luke 17 of Noah and the Flood and of Lot at Sodom and Gomorrah. In both cases they had advance warning of those horrible judgments. In fact, in ALL, every single one, of God’s fierce Judgments in the Bible, God gave ADVANCE warning of the timing: Noah [120 years, then a 2nd warning at 7 days], Moses and Aaron [the 10 Plagues of the Exodus], Moses and the killing of the 14,950 Jewish Temple servants by fire and quake in Numbers 15 & 16, Joshua and Jericho [the 2 million Jews circled 13 times in 7 days], Jonah and Ninevah [40 days]….according to clear Scriptures.

How can you specifically know that the Day of Judgment will begin Saturday May 21, 2011 and end 5 months later on October 21, 2011?  The Bible, beginning in Genesis 5 and 11, and continued later, has a “calendar” of all 13,023 years of the existence of the Universe….precise, without gaps…showing that the resurrection of the Saints, the “Rapture,” will be on Saturday May 21, 2011, and the destruction of the Universe by fire follows shortly thereafter [details from the Bible available upon request].

Further, the Bible shows that the Flood was in 4990 BC [Genesis 5], and it will be 7,000 years ago, to the day, next May 21, 2011 [subtract one – there is no year “0”]…further, the Bible shows clearly that Jacob was born in 2007 BC [Jacob’s name was changed to “Israel”] and then 1,000 years later, in 1007 BC, David was crowned King of Israel [Jews, worldwide, celebrated this 3,000th anniversary in AD 1994 (a Jubilee year)].

My wife and I were invited to Jerusalem to also celebrate…how sad that Christians seemed unaware of something so obvious; the Bible shows that Jesus was born in 7 BC, just before wicked King Herod’s death (exactly 1,000 years after David’s Coronation).

Israel as a nation (Christ’s earthly, visible kingdom) lasted about 2,000 years, and the Church, Christ’s 2nd earthly kingdom, also lasted about 2,000 years – and, like the nation of Israel has been [spiritually] destroyed as promised [I Peter 4:17, Jeremiah 23:20, 30:24, Ezekiel  9, Matthew 24:16 ff, Mark 13:14 ff, Luke 21:20 ff].

The Bible shows that Creation to the Flood was 6,023 years [Genesis 5], and the Flood to Calvary was 5,023 years, according to a series of Scriptures, and Creation to Judgment Day on Saturday, May 21, 2011 is 13,023 years precisely. Those extra 23 years are the exact time of the “Great Tribulation,” and the number “23” is used throughout Scripture to denote “judgment” [Daniel 8:14, I Corinthians 10:8, etc.].

The 70 “weeks” of Daniel 9 point to May 21, 2011; and so do the 7-year (84 months) “Great Tribulation” of Jacob, the 70-year (840 months) “Great Tribulation” of Israel/Judah of Daniel 9:2 [etc.], and the 23-year (8,400 days) “Great Tribulation” of our day.  All these time references give precision to understanding the timing of the Day of Judgment on Saturday May 21st 2011.

These are just a few of dozens of Bible “time paths” to the Rapture of the elect on Saturday, May 21st 2011 – one year from last Friday. This date cannot be changed, held back, or wished away. It will be the day of Christ’s return in fiery judgment. All approximately 7 billion living on that Day, including me, will be held to account – even for every “idle word” we have spoken [Matthew 12:36] – a fearful thing.

The Bible predicts that “scoffers” will arise, and they surely have, but they have no Biblical basis to disprove any of this which has been carefully obtained from Scripture [II Peter 3:3-15].  By God’s grace, people all over the world have become aware of Judgment Day next year. In Daniel 12, God says twice that it will be at the time of the End [now] that He will open up an understanding of the End.

There are many “signs of the times” that Jesus alluded to in Matthew 16:3 and other verses from this very time in history [upon request I will send you 50 that refer specifically to this time].

All of this is why some of the greatest, most faithful Bible teachers, especially of the last 500 years, taught that God’s people will know the timing of the End. Yes, kooks and cultists have set false dates for Christ’s Second Coming (generally by reasoning outside of the Bible), but many wise and godly men have realized that there is nothing in Scripture to preclude God’s people from knowing the time of the coming Judgment and that the Bible contains the date of the End.

If we fear this Judgment Day in just short of one year, what should we do?  I urge you to read the small Book of Jonah and see what the King and his kingdom did when told of the coming of Judgment Day…they “cried mightily to God,” and He heard.

The very saddest part of Judgment Day is that God has promised to send a “strong delusion” to professing Christians regarding that day [II Thessalonians 2:11], and Jesus warned that many will come to May 21, 2011 and be shocked to find they really weren’t real Christians after all.  They will go into eternal damnation along with the rest of the unsaved (see Matthew 7: 21-23, and Matthew 25:1-12).

May God choose to let His Mercy and Grace fall on you and your loved ones, and on me and mine.  You can discover all the Bible says about the End at familyradio.com, or at ebiblefellowship.com.

  1. Fred says:

True Believers long for Christ’s return. A time when sin will be gone forever and the children of God will dwell in peace and love forever.
Only the people that love this world, scoff at the Lord’s return.

    2 Peter, Chapter 3
3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

  3. Rev Fred says:

God states in Genesis 6 the reason why mankind will be destroyed
    Genesis 6
5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

  4. Rev Fred says:

As a believer you have to realize that the unsaved have almost destroyed this planet already.
Today the unsaved have turned this world into a nightmare where our children are not even safe in the classroom. Their desires have nearly wrecked this planet. Their greed has have left our financial organizations bankrupt. Their unwholesome was desires have turned TV and the arts into a toilet. Their crassness is applauded by the world while making a mockery of all that is good and Godly. The people are led by their own violence, lust and greed and sinfulness. Just see what is on television and learn what people desire. There is nothing wholesome or Godly left in their desires, that is why the end is near!
Sooner or later one of these predictions has got to be right! You sound like you are saying that the world will never end! Look at the world today. How would you fix it?
The world is in such a mess our only hope is God’s return. You who don’t want him to return, ask yourself: Who is going to help the world. The world is truly beyond any human help. No jobs, no money, no future. Governments around the world in unrest! Greed and violence and vice has already destroyed our world. Now our only salvation is the Lord’s intervention.
I can’t see the situation in the world improving unless some miracle changes every deranged heart on the planet!!

  5. light says:

We are 3 months and 1 day away from the great and terrible day of the Lord.

  6. james says:

    Hello light,

    You remind me of this verse;

    Jonah 3:4

And Jonah began to enter into the city a day’s journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

    It is time to pray,

    james

  7. Maheash says:

No One Knows That Day and Hour
    Matthew 24: 34-39

36 “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, [1] but the Father only. 37 For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, 39 and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

  8. james says:

    Hello Maheash,

The short answer is to look at the verses you supplied, and realize God pointed to the ark and flood of Noah’s day, for us to learn from.

Now verse 36 says “no one knows”, but look at verse 39, the eight persons God saved were in the ark at the time when God shut the door. So, those who did not believe are the same as the “no one knows” but those that are not in darkness will absolutely know.

Besides knowing we must also warn, and to warn you must know when.

Check out I Thessalonians 5:4 and see that the children of the Light will know when, and not be taken as by a thief.

    Sincerely,

    james

  9. Chris says:

explain please, exactly what the “saved” have done to prevent any of this? oh yeah thats right.. by condoning the murders and rapes of the world calling these people sinners who deserved to die. and protesting the funeral of a child? the “saved” needs to be saved. unholy beats that you are. what happened to compassion and understanding? helping those in need instead of labeling them sinners and turning your backs? your all a disgrace. I cant wait for the world to fall so all of you fall with it.

  10. james says:

    Hello Chris,

True Believers, are to pray for all, love all, and at this time in history to warn all.

Access to God is equal for everyone, and God can draw us to Himself, and provide an eternal relationship.

Seek the Lord while He may be found, for today is still the day of Salvation.

    Peace,

    james

  11. Dragonslayer says:

If the christians attack they will surely be slayed and seal their fate!! They will be fighting muslims and all gentiles who will be slaugtering muslims, christians and jews one by one till there are none of you left.. Bring it you lazy f**ks we are tired of your f**king lies and wars and overall bullshit!!! 6 6 6

  12. james says:

    Hello All,

    Romans 12:17-21

Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head.

Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

No matter how many days are left, they should all be lived to the Glory of God.

    Peace,

    james

  15. david says:

Well, for what it’s worth, with just 10 days to go, I still can’t hang my hat on the idea. Why?

Mainly, I see that the Bible study method, which produced the teaching of Jesus coming May 21, has produced many many false ideas, when I consider how the latest “truth” actually refutes all the previous “truth.”

One example, Harold used to rail and rebuke anyone who misunderstood the second death as eternal damnation. Countless times he replied, “… the death God has in mind is the second death…. super super terrible… You must consider the whole Bible! etc, etc …” Now he changed his own doctrine completely, stating that normal dying is the final punishment and that all dead sinners are annihilated. The same Bible study method led Harold to contradictory truth. Another example I posted earlier of his discovery that the rapture is the last day of creation.

I also still cannot accept any of the numbers like 10, 100, 1000 that are supposed prove something. My problem is that those numbers also divide to 2 x 5 x …. I can’t understand why it is OK to stop at some number along the way when seeking those spiritual meanings. It just makes the system seem relative to a subjective interpretation.

Still, I confess, that I hope it’s right. If Jesus comes, I will obviously be damned because I don’t hang my hat on the idea, but it is also wonderful because I’ll ultimately be annihilated. But if a miracle comes true, and God saves me in spite of my present doubts, it is also good news. The teaching is a win – win in that sense.

I am sad though, to think it is a mistaken doctrine, because it really has to be the end of family radio if Jesus does not come. I have loved family radio ever since I followed Jesus. I like the conservative music, and the bible science programs. I miss unshackled though. And Bible reading fellowship is really the best program on the radio from top to bottom. Without this wonderful old school voice, all that is left are the growing worldlianity and signs and wonder style radio ministries, so I will feel very sad with out FR.

I will really miss Harold’s good teaching too. He was the best at revealing the salvation story from the scenes of the Bible. The Ruth study is awesome. Telling it like it is about everyday sin and opening the parables like he did was hard to find.

On the sad side, I also want to confess that the doctrine of May 21 produced many bad thoughts in my head. Exactly the wicked things Chris mentioned. I dreamed of how I can react when the world is in turmoil and I am not saved and I know that there is no more chance for salvation. It was sickening to wake up from dreaming of my last hurrah and violent acts all around.

Everyone, please pray for me. I pray to God for turning my thoughts to him and to transform my mind by renewing, even now.

I think Rev Fred is right, but it is also written that it will be like that up to the end. I guess it will only get worse and worse either way.

Chris, you missed the real work of the saved. What you see and focus on is the end of each little community, when they took God’s blessings for granted and began to live for their own lusts. The real work of the saved is going on in schools that teach a righteous way, based on the Bible. In hospitals that were founded on sacrifice. It is in many, many places now where demon possessed people are still introduced to the living God, and in many good works that go on in order to lead people out of the violence that you blame the saved for. Real help is one to one sharing eternal life with the lost. Many gave their lives for that and lost their lives in the process. many are still doing that. You won’t look at it or take part in it because it means taking up your cross and bearing Jesus’ burdens. Any time there is a rape or murder or cover up, it is surely the devil at work. No excuses. James in the Bible rebuked the very attitude you see as well. They are not believers either who do those things, even if they call themselves saved. It is grand deception. Thanks for reminding us so we may do more to come out from the world. If we are still here may 22, we must continue to encourage others in righteousness and holiness so they may also do the good works, God has prepared in advance for us to do.

Thanks for reading, sharing, consideration and for your prayer.

How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him.

    But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

  16. james says:

    Hello Dave,

    What a heart felt call to Prayer;

    Numbers 6:24-26

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:

The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

    Peace,

    james

  17. EyeswideOpen says:

So when the 21st comes, and nothing happens, how dumb do you think you will look for posting this stuff? Secondly, you post that “as ALL the Bible from its very first verse to the last is written to show that Jesus is God Almighty”- Jesus doesn’t even make his first appearance in the Bible until the book of Matthew. The Bible isn’t open to interpretation- it is written as it is written. It isn’t a riddle, it isn’t a puzzle- so stop trying to read more from the words that are written than those that are written.

  18. james says:

    Hello EyewideOpen,

Here is a link to a Strong’s concordance. Check out the word riddle, as well as parable, and see that the Word of God is not what you are declaring.

    Jesus is the Word of God;

Read John 1:1 He is the Word.

John 1:14, He was made flesh.

John 14:6 He is the Truth.

John 17:17 the Word is Truth.

    Peace,

  19. james says:

    Hello EyeswideOpen,

    As to how I will feel? These verses are telling me how to feel today;

    Hebrews 10:

heaven a better and an enduring substance.

35Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

36For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

37For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.

38Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

39But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

    Peace,

    james

    Hello,
I would like to ask, with all the destruction that’s happening in the world today, i.e. tornados, earthquakes, floods, and wars, etc…Has anyone who has been spared honestly cried out and thanked God for His mercy? You never hear about that when it’s reported. It is my belief that these happenings are true signs for what’s to come. It’s like God with a pull string lawn mower. Each event is like a sputter which you get when you pull the string. When the end has come, the blades will be in full throttle. It is then the world will know it is time for the grass to be mowed.
Keep doing what you do, and may God continue to bless.

  21. Jimmy says:

I believe God loves me and that’s enought to compel all the lies and deception that the ruler of this world. I AM 100% SURE that May 21, 2011 is not the so called judgement day. The world is not going to end anytime soon. 🙂

  22. Jimmy says:

    preach grace not judgement! 🙂

  23. james says:

    Hello Jimmy,

God wants us to bring the whole counsel of God.

Yes, many people want to limit the Truth to the part they like. But God is a consuming fire. This world will be destroyed with fervent heat. Everyone perished in the flood, except Noah and his family.

We are to warn, says Ezekiel 3:16-19.

And if we are to warn, we must know when. We do, it is all written in the Bible, and can be found by anyone who wants to see it.

If you want help, just ask. God is positive He will return on May 21, 2011, who should I believe?

    Peace,

    james

  24. Jess says:

One person puts forth one verse to argue against you, and you put forth another verse to refute that. OK, say you are right, however, the very things Jesus said would happen, haven’t happened.

    From Matthew 24:

4 Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.

“Will deceive many”. I don’t argue that has happened.

6 You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to
    come.

Exactly .. wars and rumours of wars, but the end is still to come!

7 Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places.

Ok, I grant you all that.

8 All these are the beginning of birth pains.

9 “Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.

    This definitely has not happened.
No one is persecuted because of Jesus. Sure, little events
here and there, but not in a grand scale to attract the
entire world’s attention. If anything, it is non-Christians
who are persecuted and put to death. I am afraid you can’t
use that as a point for you.

10 At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, 11 and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.

I grant you this has happened. Note: many false prophets.
What do prophets do? They predict. What do real prophets do?
They predict and their prediction happens (by their fruits, you
shall judge them). What do false prophets do? You answer me.

12 Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, 13 but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved.

This may happen shortly, but not in 3 days time.
Sorry, this is a point against your argument. Further,
there is not a single Bible verse to refute this verse.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

This is not going to happen in 3 days time either, regardless
how much money you have in your coffer to make it happen.

  25. Stiltz says:

What happens when the 22nd comes and nothing of significance has happened? Will you say that it happened but we just don’t know about it yet? I feel sorry for all of you who have wasted your money, time, and emotions on this bullshit. Have a mind of your own people. See you next week.

  26. jrev says:

Amen i agree with you Jess!!

will wait you post after may 21 2011 then we will know who’s right and who’s wrong.

  27. Jess says:

    To Stiltz:
What I’ve read on CNN is : “If I am still here on the 22nd, that means I am not chosen.” OK, makes sense, but the problem is: you said graves would open and all that, and the GOOD living people are taken. What happens if the graves don’t open up?
Will they be correcting their calculation?

But it also means all people whom we think are GOOD but still here must have been the unchosen ones. That reminds me of yet another verse: “Away with you, you who practice lawlessness, for I NEVER knew you.” Or something like that. You guys know better about verses.

  28. james says:

    Hello All,

    As you know where my Beliefs are, just wanted to leave this with you;

Do you think that when Jesus said that the end time message would go in to all nations for a witness, that the events of every news network reporting May 21, 2011 as Judgment Day, is an act of man? Than you have faith in man which is extraordinary.

    Matthew 24:14 (King James Version)

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

    A verse from Scripture comes to mind;

    Luke 4:21

And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

    Jess,

As to Matthew 24:9 For instance, be persecuted to death, is not a physical thing, but the fact that when we were instructed to leave the church, God caused the True Worshippers to be persecuted, or silenced, and this took place years ago. This is the abomination of desolation, Satan ruling in the Holy Place, (the church) which ought not be. We are to flee Judea, (the church) when we see this, and go to the mountains (which is Christ).

    Food for thought;

    Sincerely,

    james

  29. king says:

hey the world can end any day but if god wants it that day which i dont to bc its one of the best things and the world is to live and die a safe way not a bad death thats one thing that i can trust god DIE A GOOD WAY NOT A BAD DAY

  30. king says:

    NOT A BAD WAY

  31. Jess says:

It is now well into the evening hours of May 21st. Somewhere in the world, it is well past afternoon hours of May 21st. According to the Bible, and confirmed by Astronomy (that’s astronomy, not astrology, mind you), a day begins at sundown. Yes, it is already May 21st.

When asked how could Jesus appear on May 21st at once everywhere in the world, the answer given was: “it will be a rolling event”.
If that’s so, then New Zealand should experience it first (speaking in generality, I know there are countries closer to the day boundary than New Zealand is).

It is utterly inconceivable that the almighty God is limited to human-invented timezones. When Jesus returns, every eye will see Him. He does not have to conform to human-invented time-keeping mechanisms. When illustrated as “a thief in the night”, it merely means he comes when you least expect Him, not predictable by mere humans. Do you expect thieves to come to your home? Of course not, but you are warned to be prepared, not predict, so that when He does come, you are ready. The muslims believe Jesus is coming again, too, (but not because Jesus is the son of God); which is why they blocked that east-facing door in a building in Jerusalem. Again, small human minds take care of small things … why would physical material be a barrier to all-powerful God, just as why should God submit to timezones?

@james: the world didn’t came to an end as you have proposed. you know what? there is always grace available for you and your group. go back to jesus. know the purity of his gospel. we are no longer bounded to the law but are all under his grace. just accept him as your personal lord and savior, nothing more, nothing less.

This is for that guy with name Jess…What the muslims believe is right way !! How can you face the fact that Jesus is the son of god ! To believe that is like to forge a story for children !!

The judgment day will happen but nobody will know it !! To believe in WORDS is to open a WORDSSHADOOF,where words dont take place nowhere and you cant never fill it……..People open your EYES and Believe in GOD not in Words !!
